This app grants you the freedom to create sounds by harnessing 156 voice parameters. The majority of these parameters are fully compatible with the renowned DX7, with the exception of multi-timbral functionality, filters, and delay effects.

KQ Dixie is Audio Unit v3 compatible and supports multiple-output configurations when using "KQ Dixie Multi". It seamlessly integrates with Audiobus and is Inter-App Audio compatible. With its extensive set of 32 algorithms, you have an array of options at your disposal for shaping your sound.

If you connect your hardware DX7 using external MIDI cables, KQ Dixie allows you to control and manipulate it directly from the app. It supports DX7 System Exclusive Messages (SysEx) and syx files. Additionally, you can conveniently work with Zip files by placing them in the app folder without extracting them.

The app supports micro tuning and can load Anamark tuning files (TUN), providing advanced control over intonation. Both external and virtual MIDI are supported, making it compatible with various MIDI devices, including Volca FM.
